Our refund policy is as follows:

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 3 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. **No return and No refund for open or used items**
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and we will cover the cost of shipping. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
- Cancellation: If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If the order has already shipped, you may return the product for a refund, following the process outlined above.
